After a full day of travel, we arrived at Christchurch at 11:30 pm last night. The area we are staying had already rolled up the carpets for the night, but managed to find fast food and water. Today we hope to pick up our rail passes and explore city center. Our timing seems good, as all week they are celebrating the World Buskers Festival. 100s of world class street performers.
